Project Manager - Medan
Job Type Fulltime
Keyroles & Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, budget and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
- Define the scope, objectives requirements, critical path, success criteria, schedule and oversee quality control of each project through its life cycle.
- Work closely with project management team which includes architects, interior designers, quantity surveyors and engineers to produce conceptual design phase, schematic design phase and detailed design phase of a project
Qualification & Skills :
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from reputable university.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Carried experience in high rise building, mixed used, hospital industry will be an advantage.
- Possess presentation skills also familiar with Microsoft project / Primavera.
- Conversant with building and safety regulations, submission procedures and construction practices.
- Able to communicate in English.

Project Architect - Medan
Job Type Fulltime
Keyroles & Responsibilities :
- Prepare scale drawings.
- Plan layout of project.
- Prepare information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, or construction time.
- Integrate engineering elements into unified architectural designs.
- Prepare contract documents for building contractors.
- Direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents.
- Conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.
- Seek new work opportunities through marketing, writing proposals, or giving presentations.
- Administer construction contracts.
Qualification & Skills
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Architecture or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English

Keyroles & Responsibilities
- Manage and direct staff members and the construction, operations, or maintenance activities at project site.
- Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial and managerial personnel.
- Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
- Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
- Test soils or materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel.
- Compute load and grade requirements, water flow rates, or material stress factors to determine design specifications.
- Plan and design transportation or hydraulic systems and structures, following construction and government standards, using design software and drawing tools.
- Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.

MEP Engineer - Medan

Keyroles & Responsibilities :
- Design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles.
- Confer with engineers or other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, or provide technical information.
- Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.
- Conduct research that tests or analyzes the feasibility, design, operation, or performance of equipment, components, or systems.
- Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew.
- Develop and test models of alternate designs and processing methods to assess feasibility, operating condition effects, possible new applications and necessity of modification.
- Develop, coordinate, or monitor all aspects of production, including selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, or operation of product designs.
- Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications
Qualification & Skills
- Maximum 35 years old.
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.00
- 3-5 years experience as MEP Engineer is required
- Preferably candidate with construction / consultant / property company background
- Able to communicate in English
- Willing to be located in all over Indonesia.
